Shipping Policy

This policy explains how we deliver the orders you place on this website. It does not limit your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

Every delivery option at checkout shows its cost and how soon orders are sent. The delivery cost is part of the order total you see before you pay.

Collect is only available to trade account customers.

All orders are packed and sent from our warehouse in East Tāmaki, Auckland.
Products that are printed for you (for example with a name, number or club design) can take an extra 2 to 20 working days before they are sent.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday are processed on the next working day.
If an item you ordered is no longer in stock, we will contact you and refund what you paid for it.

Delivery within the North Island or within the South Island is usually faster than delivery between the islands.
Delivery to rural addresses can take a few days longer.
We send orders with Aramex, NZ Post and Titus Transport.

When your order is sent, we email you a tracking link so you can follow your parcel.
You can add delivery instructions, for example where the courier may leave your parcel, in the comments box at checkout.

Tracking says delivered, but you haven't received it: email us at [email protected]. We will work with the courier to find out what happened and what can be done.
Wrong address: email us as soon as possible so we have the best chance of correcting it before your order is sent. We are not responsible for deliveries to an incorrect or undeliverable address you gave us.
Damaged or missing items: email us with your order number and a photo. Products that arrive damaged are covered like faulty products in our Returns Policy.
